Kalinga is a landlocked province in the northernmost section of the Cordillera Region. It is bounded by the provinces of Cagayan and Apayao in the north, Mt. Province in the south, and Abra in the West. The greater sections of Cagayan and Isabela are found on its eastern part.

The Torogan
See the newly-built Torogan. This is the typical house of our Muslim brothers from Mindanao. See the details, art work and architecture of the Torogan and how it is adapted to the local culture and environment.
The Torogan House is the ancestral home of the Sultan or Datu, the village chief in Maranao, Southern Philippines. The Torogan house has a butterfly-like end beams that protrude in front of the house. It is intricately adorned with a range of folk motifs, usually a plant, geometric form, dragon or serpent that are prominent in Maranao artwork. The building is constructed on post resting on rocks which act as a rollers to prevent earthquake damage.

By commuter service:
From the Clark Free Port Main Gate take the Route 1 Duty Free Shops bound jeepney. Tell the jeepney driver to kindly unload you at the Parksons Duty Free Shop, from there wait for the Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo service vehicle* to fetch you.
…And for the adventurous and with the strength to flex some muscles and to enliven the heart, you can easily hike the 1.8 kilometer road for five minutes while enjoying the rustling canopies of old acacia trees and the twitter of various species of tropical birds. Do not forget to witness the hoppings and squawks of crows.

By car*:
Enter the Clark Free Port Main Gate, at the intersection of Manuel A. Roxas Avenue and A. Bonifacio Avenue turn right, and proceed left to Claro M. Recto Highway at the Y-intersection then continue until you reach the Centennial Road on your right. Look for the landmark Parksons Duty Free Shop at the corner of Centennial Road and Claro M. Recto Highway, and then proceed until you reach the gate of Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo.
Or, you can continue past the Claro M. Recto Highway upon reaching the intersection of Manuel A. Roxas and Centennial Road turn left proceeding to the gate of Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo.
Now, the Fastest and easiest way if u are coming from the south, from NLEX take the SCTEX Clark North Exit you will find a huge white tent, next to that is the Nayong Pilipino sa Clark Expo.
